It is just me or do teachers as a whole tend to be more in tune with their intuition than most? Is that what we all have in common? Do we all have a unique, yet universal, innate ability to listen to our intuition? give them a little space...
push harder to knock down their wall of defense...
stop talking and just listen...
be forgiving...
tell them everything is going to be okay...
raise the bar and have higher expectations...
lower the bar and take a few steps backwards...
let them learn from their own mistakes...
